really confortable room, there are kitchen plates in the rooms but you have to borrow everything to the staff

the location of this property was perfect not too far for restaurants and bars but far enough not to hear them. 2 mins walk away Good breakfast. Helpful staff

There was a cooker top in room but no pans so had no purpose. Room very tired and we were cold at night without a blanket

Cool location, cuz not on the avenue but close enough. Comfy beds. Great for a couple of nights. Helpful staff.

Curtains too small for the windows so you'll get the sunlight in your room pretty early in the morning.

Very peaceful and exactly what we need for a one night stay.

We liked the size of the bedroom, it was very spacious. It was a very peaceful hotel. It would have been good if they started serving the complimentary breakfast as of 7am.

Beds were not that comfy but it works for a one night stay. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side and we were also missing the mini refrigerator.

A great place to stay in the heart of Tulum

Very helpful staff, lovely big clean room with a fridge + use of communal kitchen which we found very useful. Breakfast was fine. Room was cleaned on a regular basis, WiFi worked well. We stayed on the ground floor and had a table and chairs outside in the communal garden area which was good but not like having a private balcony. The location is brilliant, 3 mins walk to some really good bars with lovely food. We could easily access the road to cycle down to the beach. Tulum is a noisy town but Hotel Beauty is quiet. We really enjoyed staying there and would go again. All the staff were lovely and this helped to make our stay more enjoyable. Good value for money

The room we had was dark which is great because it means it stays cool but I think next time I would prefer to stay on the 1st floor to get a bit more light.
